Program Production & Support
Passages is continually in production, documenting stories about universal issues that relate to every community, large or small. In addition, Passages offers you access to an extensive backup library of more than 900 programs
and interviews. Passages staff will assist you in finding programs with themes to respond quickly to your community's needs.
Dependable distribution: Digitally-produced CD's are distributed as follows:
- 15-minute length (14:30) - receive one CD per month
- 30-minute length (28:30) - receive two CD's per month
(60-second length is also available.)
Passages team works a month ahead of schedule. Customized, pre-produced promotional announcements provided.
Stations may keep CD's for FCC records or rebroadcast, without permission.
Listener Response Phone Line: Your listeners call 1-800-772-7171 to obtain free program copies on cassette. Passages staff provides all listener follow-up. Passages host is available for interviews.
FCC Report Suggestions: Passages is a
valuable resource for enabling stations to cover many increasingly significant issues. On your next report, multiply the number of times you use Passages programs by the totals on
the summary of issues covered each quarter. Place copies of these summaries in your public file and keep copies of the CD's in case you are ever questioned.
