Dennis Benson, the host and producer of Passages, is a Presbyterian minister who has interviewed thousands of people about their life journeys and faith experiences. He is an author, video producer and popular public speaker.

Throughout his career, Dennis has encouraged church groups to develop cooperative media ministries. The Passages project, developed and administered by the Presbyterian Media Mission PMM) is an example of this emphasis. Through the cooperation of the Presbyterian Church, U.S.A. and the United Methodist Church, over 3 million people can listen to Passages every day on over 700 radio stations across the United States.
